There very polite and friendly.but I think they could be a bit faster asking u for account number and placing my bets.most times I have to repeat my acc number and then race eather off and I have to take sp or losing out on a price because of it whitch I think is very unfair to the customer in several cases me unfortunily. That's why I dident give the 5 stars.thank u.mr behan
