I opened an account and registered my card details and placed a bet. Unfortunately as the name I had on my account didn't quite match the name on my card. I had used my middle name on the account. This resulted in my bet being cancelled by the security dept. I was unaware of this and contacted Live help. This of course I'm sure is the correct procedure as the thought it was somebody else using my card and I'm glad that these procedures are in place if this ever actually happened for real. The guy on my live help was named Everette and couldn't have been more helpful and patient when I queried this. Long and short of it is that after confirming my card details and other details with them, they were able reactivate my account and un cancel my bet. They have definitely turned a very unhappy first time customer completely around and I'm not very satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend. Regards Mark (Dublin)
