I placed a bet today the cashout was 109e but it would not let me confirm cashout .i called the hotline firstime i called for 10.39 seconds no answer hung up got an answer after 6m this was at 2.13 pm eventually got through told the person my issue but by then my cashout was less than my 55e bet .he reported the issue and replied they could see the cash out was 109e but they could not honer the bet and offered 25e free bet this half my wager not happy if you offer a cash out id expect to avale of this. I believe under the terms and conditions of betting i believe yous should honer this bet
