You have the best brake repair kits in the business. That being said, if I can't get them delivered to me, they are of no use to me. I ordered two kits for a customer's bike on December first. You delivered them to USPS on December 2nd. Two weeks later they are still in Arizona, having just cleared the Phoenix regional postal center. Two weeks with effectively no movement whatsoever. I am in New England, a long, long way from Phoenix. I am still looking at this bike that needs parts.
