“Your Rep was to send me a Return Label for One set of Pads. I didn't need them and arrived late do to UPS handing item of to Post Office. They sat in San Pablo,California for two Days. Still want refund.”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our records show that a return label was sent to your email on March 17 for you to use to ship the pads back for a full refund. If you did not receive it, please let us know and we’ll be happy to resend it right away. Regarding the shipping delay, we understand how frustrating that can be. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, transit times are unfortunately outside of our control, especially when transfers between UPS and USPS are involved.
