“Good product, good directions, exactly what I needed to rebuild my clutch slave cylinder. Only complaint is it took 9 calendar days for me to receive it and although it appears this is a Taxifornia company, the shipping manifest indicates it originated in Troy, OH”

I wanted to clarify that our only facility is located in Troy, Ohio, and all of our shipments are processed and sent from this location. “I purchased 3 brake lines for a 1982 GL1100. I truly really like your brake lines. I like that they're ends can be adjusted to fit the angle of the line. The salesman was very helpful when I made my purchase and would recommend Brakecrafters to anyone looking for the brake items they sell.”

“Ordered a brake caliper slide pin for my 2007 gsxr 600, upon arrival it was too big and the wrong pin, I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly and sent out the correct pin for free! The new pin now works and I have nothing but good feedback :)”

“Having used some "low cost" brake parts from other sources (that failed not long after installation), I am setting my default supplier to Brakecrafters (thanks to "D" for the follow-up call back!) because the quality was excellent. As a Restoration Biker guy, finding good suppliers and parts for 40, 50 and 60 year old bikes is difficult and these folks did a great job.”

“I received the wrong parts however, upon contacting Brakecrafters they identified the wrong part #'s were used. They immediately created a New Order and emailed a Parts Return Label. I did receive the correct ones shortly thereafter.”

“Hi , I thought I could give you feed back on your kit. The caliper seals and pistons are perfect. The dust boots that arrived were too small, and the small o-ring that goes between the inner and outer caliper was also too small. . Not sure if i picked the wrong kit, as I think there were two, or it was packaged incorrectly. I just re-used my old ones as they were in good shape. Thanks you for the being in business. I will recommend you to my friends. Joe”
