They have been very helpful in finding anything I have needed. You will be hard pressed to find anyplace better. “Shipping was prompt, there looked to be a handwritten quality control signature on my package as well. The instructions were very good, and were valuable even to someone who knows what they're doing. Been riding a few weeks now and the parts are performing flawlessly.”

“There are not many companies like Brakecrafters left. My package was returned to sender beacuse of an issue with the USPS, out of my control and certainly out of Brakecrafters control. Instead of telling me to just wait and we'll try again, Abbey sent the same product the SAME DAY, through Fedex with rushed shipping. That way I didn't have to deal with the same issue with USPS, and I didn't have to wait for the package to be returned to them. I truly didn't expect it. I didn't pay an extra penny for any of the extra shipping costs. Thank you Abbey and thank you Steve for heping me an dgetting this resolved the way you did. Certainly have earned a customer for life. I wish more companies were liek Brakecrafters.”

“I have several motorcycles and comfortable with changing brake pads, but this was my first caliper rebuild. My expert motorcycle mechanic buddy told me to buy from Brakemaster. I bought the rebuild kit and pads from the easy to use website. Everything arrived perfectly, quickly and professionally. I did the rebuild with few problems ( learning curve, 2nd caliper took half the time), and I'm rolling again. Learned a lot along the way. Brakecrafters is my go to brake vendor from now on. “I was restoring a 43-year-old Yamaha XJ650 that hadn't been ridden in 20 years. Found a pitted caliper piston and dried out seals. Bought a BC rebuild kit. Very nice. Quick delivery, complete kit including lube and crush washers, installed easily, works great.”

“Purchased caliper rebuild kits for my 2000 Vulcan 1500. The kit for the rear was the wrong one, although according to their website it was the correct one. I contacted them about the issue, and they sent me the correct kit express mail along with a pre-printed return slip for the incorrect part. Simple mistake and quickly taken care of with no hassle whatsoever. The kits worked great and the bike is stopping like new aqain! The parts fit perfectly and seem to be of good quality and workmanship. I will be ordering more from them as I have several bikes. I have been spreading the word to all my riding buddies as well!”
