“I went to two motorcycle shops to get a caliper rebuild kit with pistons for my 1981 Yamaha 1100 special and both told me that the bike is too old and they couldn't help me. I found Brakecrafters on line. And ordered the two caliper rebuild kit. Everything was a perfect match.”

“Excellent product. I realized I needed to order a different kit that included new brake pistons, and it was extremely easy returning the one kit and ordering the other kit. Refund to my credit card was very quick. Would highly recommend Brakecrafters.”

“I recently ordered brake parts for my motorcycle from Brakecrafters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. When UPS lost the package and claimed it was "lost in transit," I was initially worried. But I reached out to Brakecrafters' customer service, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Without hesitation, they resent my entire order at their own expense, using a different carrier to ensure I got my parts as quickly as possible. This kind of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Brakecrafters to anyone in need of motorcycle parts. Their professionalism and commitment to please their customers are unmatched!”

“Customer support ignored my question completely, so I just had to take a chance that the 32mm seals would fit. Turns out they worked, so that made me happy. Didn't appreciate the anxiety. I would order from you guys ALL THE TIME if you could confirm fitment on old Ducati Brembo master cylinders. Why don't you do that? I think you know how sketchy the availability is on old Brembo stuff and you guys could come through like champs if you could only add details to the listings or confirm fitment for your customers. Price on what I ordered was very reasonable.”

We're glad to hear the seals worked out in the end, but we agree that no one should have to take a chance when it comes to fitment, especially with vintage parts like old Ducati Brembo components. “I have placed 2 orders now with Brakecrafters. Both orders were easy to place, shipped quickly and arrived on time. Prices were equal to or beat anywhere i could find. One order required a few emails to customer service to confirm proper item# and that was even no hassle or issue for them. Will order future needed Brake items from here. Thank you! -, BEAR”

“Good product, good directions, exactly what I needed to rebuild my clutch slave cylinder. Only complaint is it took 9 calendar days for me to receive it and although it appears this is a Taxifornia company, the shipping manifest indicates it originated in Troy, OH”
