“Great service! Quickly recieved( but I do only live about 40 miles from them. I have 13 motorcycles and I can always depend on them for the parts I need. I will be doing business again!!! I wonder if I can stop in and pick up stuff ???”

“Other business should copy their customers service from this company. Answered my questions and had the parts I needed and what he didn't have on in stock had them drop shipped to me.I had all my parts when he said I would have them and they were exactly what I ordered with his help and experience.”

“Ordered master cylinder rebuild kit for ‘07 Softail Custom. Used snail mail for delivery so it took a while for delivery. Kit looks like it contains well manufactured components and looked include items others did not at a slightly higher price point. I didn’t want to cheap out with the brakes. Haven’t installed yet but plan to in the next couple of days.”

“Your Rep was to send me a Return Label for One set of Pads. I didn't need them and arrived late do to UPS handing item of to Post Office. They sat in San Pablo,California for two Days. Still want refund.”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our records show that a return label was sent to your email on March 17 for you to use to ship the pads back for a full refund. If you did not receive it, please let us know and we’ll be happy to resend it right away. Regarding the shipping delay, we understand how frustrating that can be. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, transit times are unfortunately outside of our control, especially when transfers between UPS and USPS are involved. We’re here to help and want to make this right - please reach out so we can ensure you receive the return label and process your refund as quickly as possible.
