“I ordered what I though I needed and I was wrong. I just ordered a seal kit for my 1994 ZX-11 and I needed pistons too. I spoke to Doyle who happily got me fixed up, shipped my order charged me only the difference even though he didn't have my parts back yet! What a pleasure to deal with! Perfect customer service. The parts were great quality and worked perfectly! I will definitely be using them again for my brake needs! Thank you!!”

“Brakecrafters was absoultely great. The order process was easy which was nice, and the product I ordered arrived exactly as described. All of this we should expect. The real indicator of Brakecrafter's quality showed when I apparently failed to add my complete delivery address. The product was shipped on time but wasn't able to be delivered, so it was unfortuantely retured to Brakecrafters. I sent them a mail, they immediatley found it in shipping, turned it around with complete information and I received it two days later. absolutely fantastic.”

“What’s not to love bout BrakeCrafters?! They provide excellent service and quick shipment of superior brake parts. I just replaced my factory Triumph pads with the ECM HH sintered series and the brakes operate far more efficiently and smoother than the OEM pads.”
