Excellent service, saved my bacon on a motorcycle project that BikeBandit left me hanging on. Brakecrafters had the pads in stock, talked with me about riding style then explained pros and cons of various choices, ended up ordering a more appropriate set at a better price than you know who. They shipped the pads, got them just a couple days later, the bike is now in the shop being worked on while I’m still in an argument with BikeBandit about why they won’t refund my order in full since they don’t have them in stock and I never got them as ordered. Its Jan 6th, still don’t have their backordered/non-refunded cause direct ship from supplier B.S... anyway, Brakecrafters kicks butt, especially BikeBandits butt!
