Not only are the caliper kits the highest quality components, they shipped very quickly and when I realized I ordered the wrong kit (2 of the pistons were different sized than what I ordered), I called and left a message. Mark immediately called me back and offered a free return. When I mentioned I was worried about getting the bike back together in time for a track day, he offered to send me the correct seals FREE OF CHARGE! I can't remember when I've had customer service this good.
