Ordered products after prompt delivery on a previous order. Had an issue at checkout because it didn’t accept the 15% off code prior to me hitting pay or whatever. Emailed asking for this to be resolved, never heard anything back. Then the products eventually arrived considerably later than everything else I ordered the same day. The stuff seems good but I can’t even get a simply email back telling me I’d get the discount they offered or I’d atleast know I was out of luck instead of you guys not even caring enough to respond.
