Top notch customer service. Placed an order for brake pads for a BMW K1200LT. They arrived in short order but when I was about to install them, they were definitely not like what was currently in use. I called the next morning but it just went a voicemail and I didn't leave a message. About 30 minutes later, I received a phone call asking if they could help. A real live knowledgeable person. Anyway, turns out that mid year BMW changed brake pad design. I received another set along with a return shipping label and all I needed to do was drop the first pair in the mail.
