Had a glitch in my first order as far as the quantity shipped my delivery was incomplete. I worried about the hassles of getting it straight, but your company took care of me like it should and I was happy with the result. :-) I also like the fact that I talk to a real person and not a computer. That's good business and I'm happy. Despite the glitch I will continue to do business with this company, because you did it right :-)
