I guess I didn’t have a problem with customer service, yet. I bought some goldfren brake pads but they are so much worse than the worn out pads that I had on my bike, I asked for a refund or a credit to a more reputable brand (EBC, Galfer) so I’ll re-review when I get a reply from them.
JP 2008 ZX14R ridden aggressively but not stupidily.
