I researched your company online when it came time for brake repair for her car. The reviews were very positive so I made the call. I spoke with Trey at the Austin location and he explained in comforting detail how they would do an assessment of what her car needed, and would work with me directly on the decision and payment processes. I felt good enough on what I heard to move forward with the appointment. When the technician (Michael) was on the way to her place for the appointment he texted and let her know when he would arrive. Once he got there he called me and we discussed what his recommendation was and gave me a quote. I approved the work. He was done in about an hour and called then to get payment. My daughter says there is no more vibrating and the car stops as it should again. This is exactly the type of service I was hoping for when I made the initial call. I wish there were more services available like yours. Thank you for a job well done.
