Setting up an appointment was super easy. They came out to my work location at the agreed upon time, took my car for a test spin, took off the front and rear tires on one side of the car to inspect the brakes. The technician was clean-cut, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my question, made his recommendations without trying to sell me something I didn't need. The prices were very comparable to what it should cost (and much cheaper than what the dealership wanted to charge me). He was done in under an hour. Best part was I didn't have to sit at a garage somewhere wasting my time to get this done. I will definitely use them again for my daughter's car. Super pleased!
