I dread needing to service my car. As a woman, there is always the underlying fear (reality?) that I am not getting all of the facts or options, but am instead being pressured to spend the most money possible because I don’t know the first thing about cars & car repair. Working with Michael from Brakes to Go was a refreshing, revelatory change of pace. He gave me a choices, there was no hard sell, he was on time, professional and courteous. Not having to wait in a crowded repair shop waiting room during COVID was just the icing on the cake.
