Michael was great. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done, and wrapped up everything really quickly. He even pulled my car back into my garage for me when he was finished. I loved not having to leave the house and be without my car for the day, and you guys beat the Audi dealership price by a couple hundred dollars. Thank you!
