First thing I noticed was that the service technician, David, was punctual, and prior to beginning the work he provided a thorough review of brake systems and what to expect from the service. Due to my COVID-19 concerns the technician had no problem donning a mask. The whole process was seamless and took about 30-45 minutes to complete, including testing my vehicle's brake system after installing the new front pads. I believe "Brakes To Go" has an excellent business model and I wish the company vast success in the future ahead.
