Tim was fantastic! Showed up on time (w/ 'warning' text). He was up front, personable, and informative. I never felt pressured about purchasing a particular service/number of products. Took my car for a test drive, found an unusual manufacturing defect, recommended the best fix. Great. We chatted about his new work van. Would love to able to recommend him in particular to friends...right after I tell them to use your service.
