When I called to make my appt the person who answered the phone wanted to give me an approximate estimate on the phone. I told him I had a burnt out caliper on the left rear, the first estimate included shoes for that wheel for approx $278. If both wheels needed shoes, the estimate was $378. The final charge was $640. In the past you guys have always been in the ballpark. I was surprised at the charge. Im sure the the charges were fair My service technician was excellent. As usual !
