It was a painless experience. The technician showed up, explained to me why my handbrake didn’t work on the day of freezing weather. Then measured my break pads and installed rear pads in record time for a competitive price. I was very impressed. No sitting in waiting rooms. Just had to move my truck to a flatter location.
