We went with Brakes To Go because they use quality parts and do the job for less than the dealer and most other shops. We had a lower quote from someone else, but Brakes To Go calmly explained the reason the other quote was lower was they were proposing lower quality parts (brake pads and rotors). I did the research and verified. We had a great experience with Brakes to Go in Austin. They were very communicative during the quoting process and answered all of our questions. The technician arrived on time and completed the job in about the amount of time quoted. No surprises.
