Highly recommended! Easy to set-up the appointment. Great communication. Courteous. On time. Thorough walk-through at the car explaining work that was recommended with clear pricing (less than half of dealer price) before any work was done. No high-pressure sales. This is my 3rd time using BTG including their last trip out in which the tech told me and showed me that the pads on our other car had plenty of life left (after dealership told me I desperately needed new pads on the rear axle) and politely left, charging me nothing for the inspection. NOW THAT'S HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. These folks are my go to for brake work!!
