Very responsive, both by return email to my inquiry and by phone the next business day. Booking agent Trey was very helpful. He even picked a tech who was a former Lexus mechanic. I can't remember his name, but the new guy he brought along had the same name. They sold me, for a little extra, Lexus-specific pads with sensors. I opted for the extra warranty. They were in and out in one hour and forty minutes. It was great.
