Appointment was convenient to me, Arrived within the appointed time frame. Tech ask question as to what was going on. Tech took my vehicle on test drive, returned and we discussed what need to be done and what might have caused the issues. Decided on the course of action. Tech gave me an estimate along with the estimated time to complete. All completed at my house with absolutely no trying to upcharge, or do additional work that was not needed. Have used BRAKES TO GO previously and will continue to use and recommend to others.
