The installer, Craegan (hope I spelled it right) showed up on time, was very professional and finished the job quickly. Best of all, he showed me the pads and rotors and how they were checked to see if they needed replacement. It turned out my rotors were ok so we just replaced the pads. That would NEVER happen at most auto repair places. Other repair outlets give you a low-ball price then "oh by the way" keep adding more and more until the price is much higher than the original quote. I love the no "oh by the way" attitude of Brakes 2 Go. I just recommended you to my daughter who needs brake work done on her minivan.
