My service man Tim let me know he was on his way and I could see the progress as he neared my apartment complex. He was very polite and professional. He did the inspection right there in the parking lot of the complex and texted me when he finished. He gave me an accurate (not inflated) assessment that I needed two front brake pads and that’s it. Paid with a credit card and was good to go. Tim emailed me a copy of the invoice and I never had to leave my apartment! Awesome experience!
