I was very pleased with how everything worked out. Even based on my amateurish and vague description of the problem, Brakes to Go was able to give an accurate initial quote. The tech came out exactly within the timeframe specified in the quote, was very professional, gave me a few options, and made sure I was square before he left. The whole thing took less than two hours. I was very impressed.
