I had never had a problem with customer service until today. I tried to redeem rewards points and there was a glitch in the system. The customer service rep said she could not/would not help me. I spent a lot of money to earn these points and I must have a paid order to add the free product, so, now I am forced to purchase another product and pay additional shipping and handling fees when the "glitch" is fixed instead of her just adding it manually to my order. Horrible customer service and very disappointing. Now I must wait to place my order until their technical difficulties are worked out.
