I love Brambleberry and have been shopping there for years. I live in Washington so don’t have the long shipping issue some people are unhappy with. Brambleberry has the best fragrance oils with a great variety. They also have fun kits, great soap making oils, tons of helpful advice and great customer service.

8 days from order to delivery, including a delay of a day that I received an email about. Not terrible- the issue comes when I open the box to Find a large slice in the alkanet root powder and powder covering everything in the box, making a mess Everywhere and getting into the folds and creases of all the other bags and bottles. They said they’ll ship me another alkanet root powder. It offered nothing else for the delay or the mess that caused me additional time and work to clean up. Thought it was poor customer service - was my first, and last, order from them.

Some of the fragrances smell good. It’s way overpriced though and takes WAY too long to ship. Candle science has my order here in 4 days. Meanwhile, Bramble berry takes about 2-3 weeks.

Brambleberry’s “2-4 order process8ing turn time” is lie. I placed an order for a bucket of olive oil and they took SIX days to process it. It has now been 14 DAYS and my package is still not here. When I track it, it says “delivery status not available”. I paid $50 for shipping and cannot get my package shipped to me. I will NEVER order from this company again. Tried calling and cannot speak to a human being. There is no customer service whatsoever, they refuse to give me an explanation and they refuse to send me the product. This company is for hobbyists, not professionals. If you actually run a business and need something in a timely manner then order from somewhere else.

Shipping was horrible. Originally the package was due by UPS on Sunday, then it was moved to Monday. Then on Monday UPS delivered to USPS which would delay deliver until Tuesday. This would be 12 days since I’ve ordered. Do not use this company if you want timely products.

I am a new Bramble Berry customer. I just want to say that I am totally impressed with the customer service. I purchased several orders of fragrance oils and have been totally satisfied. I recently purchased several different oils for soap making. When I received my shipment 2 of the oils had leaked which caused the items in the box to be a mess. I reached out to customer service and explained what had happened during shipment. They immediately sent replacement bottles of the oils that leaked. I am totally pleased with this company. I have already made several recommendations for Bramble Berry products to my fellow soapers. Keep up the good work and I will continue purchasing my supplies from your company. Blessings Katrina

I placed my very first order and it wasn't delivered properly, but bramble berry customer service was first class and replaced my order quickly! Thank you from this new soaper that was so incredibly excited to try these fantastic products. LOVE the variety of scents and the information about their tendencies in soap making. I've already placed a second order!

Anytime I order from brambleberry I'm delighted!! I think they have wonderful customer service, decent prices and reasonable shipping since it's going from Washington State to Illinois. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews I've had much more trouble with other suppliers.

Not at all happy with my purchase of grapefruit essential oil. Smells bitter, not like previous orders. Shipping crazy expensive and no returns. Bad customer service.

I had never had a problem with customer service until today. I tried to redeem rewards points and there was a glitch in the system. The customer service rep said she could not/would not help me. I spent a lot of money to earn these points and I must have a paid order to add the free product, so, now I am forced to purchase another product and pay additional shipping and handling fees when the "glitch" is fixed instead of her just adding it manually to my order. Horrible customer service and very disappointing. Now I must wait to place my order until their technical difficulties are worked out.

I was a customer for about a year. I had an issue with one product and wrote a bad review about it - $9 out of over $1000 in purchases. They deleted my review. It was then that I realized I couldn't trust them. They claimed it was user error although I'd used the same product in other molds with no issue. It was about a particular purchase, not them personally. Until then, I had respect.

They advertise quick shipping but they take well over a week to ship. Other competitors actually ship in the time frames they state. I tried to contact someone for help on why my order took weeks to ship and couldn't get a hold of someone. After 4 days I finally did and was told some of my items were back ordered. No one told me that when I checked out or to expect a delay (I would have gone elsewhere if I knew they were selling stock they didn't currently have.) Stay away. Over priced company that sells what other people do at a better price and zero customer service and ships your order whenever they feel like it.

The only person who I can turn to in a crisis or need for any information!! They are always there and responds fairly quick!!! The customer service is what makes there company the best!!

I love their products, I love the scents. Beautiful website! Customer service has always been great and they always include a "freebie" or two in your order. I love that. The only thing is no free shipping, it's hard to compete with that/amazon. But i love the company, love the products too!

As a new soap maker, I was very drawn to Brambleberry's wide selection of fragrance oils and I have actually had good luck with every single scent I've ordered from them. However, the biggest issue with Brambleberry is shipping. For one, free shipping is not an option whatsoever. I've been paying well over $30 for shipping on my past several orders, even with the total cost being several hundred dollars. Other competitors in this space offer free shipping with cart minimums. Second, be prepared to wait...a LONG TIME. You can expect your order to be fulfilled in about 3-5 business days and then wait close to another week for your shipment to actually arrive. I'm torn because I love their products, but unless they can change their shipping processes, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I really enjoyed their scents, however nothing else has been a positive experience for me. I was gift 15 lbs of soy wax and it was the wrong one so I asked to exchange and they DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES! I now have a bunch of wax I don't like or want! Any time I go on their 'chat' their reps have been so rude. Their products are really over priced as well! I've found better wax and oils that are so much cheaper. Please save your time and money

Their fragrance oils are hit or miss. Some do not smell at all like their names, like their Honeysuckle fragrance. It smells rancid. I wonder if the reviews on their website are filtered to give a better representation than is accurate, because I cannot believe that anyone thinks that fragrance is pleasant. If you do happen to get a dud, you are out of luck. No refunds on fragrance oils, even those that have not been used.
