I am in the process of setting up a new business which while exciting is often a daunting process. I quickly realised that having a memorable and eye catching logo was vital to getting my new business noticed. I scanned the internet for a solution and quickly found Brand Design Experts which appeared to offer a professional service for a very reasonable price. I decided to use them and after filling out a simple form setting out my requirements and ideas I was pleased to get a very quick response from a real person who appeared to take my requirements seriously and was willing to help in any way. Very shortly after my first response I got another e-mail containing 12 first draft designs which were all in tune with my specified requirements. I reviewed all of the designs offered and replied with some feedback as well as specifying my favourite designs. This process continued another two times, each time the design getting better and better and before I knew it I had a design that was better than I imagined. The staff were endlessly helpful and had obviously taken my requirements seriously even when I made minor changes midway through the process. Once the final logo was agreed they sent me a certificate of ownership as well as numerous copies of the design in different formats. I now have a logo I am happy with and excited to use. I could not rate this company any better.
