I consider branding to be a key factor to a successful business. There are many people out there offering competitive rates and I was overwhelmed when I started seeking a new design team to re brand. I called Brand Design Experts alongside countless others and I immediately felt like they wanted to understand my product and deliver something that would excel my expectations , which I should say, isn't easy! I'm pleased to say that they did and are still doing so. I consider Tim's customer service to be professional and understanding and Rob (who works on the design team) to be patient and determined to fulfil my requirements of which i am very grateful. There is never any problem in going back to the drawing board if I feel that the initial idea is wrong and I can say that the revised work is always outstanding! I initially used Brand Design Experts for a logo and website but knowing that I am in safe hands, will be using them for much more in the future. I think they are outstanding! Elliott
