That's appalling behaviour for a digital business. I ordered a winter coat just before Christmas (very good deal, so I was excited to bag it), they sent me a completely wrong item - a shirt (same brand). I contacted them saying can you please send me my coat and arrange return of the shirt as I didn't order it. It took them days to respond, then they realised they made a mistake and were never intending to be selling the coat at that price. They then updated my Orders portal by replacing coat with a shirt - as if that's what I ordered... and came back with a standard "sorry, we ran out of stock" - as if!
Should've stuck to Yoox and Zalando! Lesson learned.
