Sold me an upgraded Trustpilot account. Had told me they have an exclusive agreement with Trustpilot. However, after speaking with Trustpilot, they had never heard of this company. Asked for my money back, and they wouldn't give it back, even though they never provided the upgraded account. Their sales representative will lie to you and say whatever they need to say in order to make a sale. They have an address set up in the U.S., but their personnel are not actually from the U.S
