I paid for Branding Agency to do 2 logos and 2 websites. After their delivery due date came and went by over a month, they said the guy who initially promised completion of the projects didn't ask the right questions and we had to start over. I spoke with the manager who gave me a money-back guarantee to move forward and promised completion in another 2-4 weeks. MONTHS LATER... they keep giving me the run around. All I have seen are the Homepages with no test link or functionality for either website. I also only received one of the logos. They also called me at the end of the month to say they needed more money to complete the project. I have requested a full refund and if not received, will be reporting them to the BBB International. Bad Service. Promises that aren't kept. Not legit.
