Disappointment is an understatement. This company is abysmal!
Our company hired Branding Agency Inc. for a website, SEO, and a mobile App, in April of 2022. The whole process has been a financial strain and headache.
Working originally with a designer by the name Mark Ryder, he promised a beautiful website. Which turned out decent, but it contains lots of bugs, improper English and information that is not consistent. None of which has been fixed. We spoke with someone named Maria, who also did not fix the problems we addressed.
We continued to speak with Mark with the design of our mobile app. After we paid 40K, we had nothing to show for it. Eventually a downloadable app was made available the end of Dec. 2022. However, even then, the app is not useable. Mark was taken off the project and we started communications with Clark Jones (one of the nicer representatives/program designers we have worked with). However, being told -again-, “not to worry about it”, the app was presented with updates, and still, IT DID NOT WORK. Till this day after 4 promised dates, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK! So many promises were undelivered! We wouldn’t have enough room to list them all out.
Our website was held hostage (twice), our app is held hostage because of the continued surprise charges this company presents. For example, just a few weeks ago we were surprised with a “necessary” fee for ADA complacence. This is over a $9,000 charge. $9000 for what, we still do not know…
Speaking with one of the CEO’s, Steve Phoenix -he too- promised the app would be completed. In fact, he said this was his only project so he could monitor and expedite the app. More time, more money, still nothing to show.
Though Steve told us -again-, “not worry about it.” He claimed he would push the ADA charge until the App is complete and we were satisfied. Nonetheless, we are constantly bombarded with calls to get the $9,250. Of course, this is an extra charge after all of the other surprise charges throughout the process of the website and app. They ALWAYS need additional money. Over 100K in the hole with nothing to show. Just stress, empty promises and so, so much wasted time.
I also think it is important that we include the company asked for private information. Including: login & password for our Square account, and login & password to our Apple Credentials. When we mentioned we were not comfortable with sharing this CONFIDENTIAL information, Steve responded with, “Don’t worry about it, you can just change your password later.”
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. WE REGRET EVER USING THEM. Their slogan should be, “Don’t Worry About It, We Will Just Take Your Money!”.
