After already paying 12 pounds for delivery, the courier (that the company chose) demanded I pay more money to receive my parcel.
Brastop would not refund me on the money, claiming I can argue with the courier and do the handling myself - I thought that's why I paid you for delivery, so that I would get my order delivered. Pretty basic.
