I made an order, paid for it, got a confirmation, then, after few days Brastop cancelled the whole order explaining they have not enough stock. Cool, on their website the items were still available for another few days. Then I got a refund, but smaller amount than I paid. The customer service says that "that's the conversion rate and we not gonna do anything to fix it". How nice, I have to pay the fee for the order cancelled BY BRASTOP.
And the other order came slightly damaged (the outer package was fine, so it's mean they sent me the item with a defect. Don't think I'll bother to contact the customer service, probably I'll just return the whole order and don't shop there again.”

“Fabulous products and prices. Compared to other stores it comes far higher for quality and prices. The only thing I could fault is speed to process and dispatch. Compared to years ago I would receive my parcel in 1-2 days it's now about 4-5. Still shop there every year throughout year.”
