I have great things about your company. However, my first time ordering, I waited until you had a special with no shipping fees and no return shipping fees or any fees what-so-ever.
Imagine my shock when returning bras that did not live up to the description arrived. I returned them and you shocked me with a return shipping charge.
I will not order from you again until you correct your most serious abuse of trust. You must stand by your word. You did not. I am seriously disappointed.
