Getting an answer from Customer Service is tricky. I’ve sent several emails about a bra missing from the last order but no response. I’m assuming that it's not reaching the right parties . Usually the orders are received in full. The packing slip reflect two bras but only the DF3385 Bali Passion Comfort Minimizer Underwire was in the received package. The DF3463 Bali Comfort Revolution Wirefree bra was referenced on the packing slip but not in the received package. Order 38469173. Reference # GN#8002626/01. Ship Date4/9/2021
