I am not happy with Brayola's return policy. I received my order in two shipments and returned the first item (with label provided by Brayola) before the second shipment arrived. When I wanted to return the second package I couldn't obtain a label. Customer service said that there were technical difficulties but that was weeks ago and I still am unable to get that label. Very annoying as I now seem to be stuck with items I don't want. I will not buy from Brayola again.
