I had to return the item as it didnt fit as it should. It was no problem getting authorization to return it. However, when I received the refund I didnt realize I would be charged the shipping to me and to return it as well. I inquired and received a prompt courteous reply. I expressed my feelings about that. They then refunded me the cost of returning the item (this time only)!
