I ordered 4 bras and was happy with the delivery, although it came in 3 parts, and the quality of the bras was good. I was increasing my band size from my previous one, but the bands were all too small, even though I used the measurements given. I chalk it up to my weird body, I’ve always had trouble buying bras. So I returned them and found that process easy, just one return charge for the 4 bras in one box, return label easily printed. I plan to order more bras soon, with a bigger band size and possible adjustments to the cup sizes. I find that Brayola does a good job offering a huge variety in as many sizes as possible, working with different manufacturers, and always coming up with new choices. So far, customer service seems good.
