Delivery is not speedy. Returns are painful. I hope i get my money back from two bras I ordered and never tried on. I returned them the day I received them because their suggested sizing was not a match.
I returned both bras. I received a confirmation email of the return--but Brayola's customer only mentioned 1 bra. I immediately wrote back that I had indeed returned two.
Nothing! Policy suggests returns will be processed in 10-20 days, other Brayola references suggest returns may take "up to 21" days before returns are processed.
It's been 25 days. You can not get anyone on the phone; I've waited 25 minutes twice. They have an obligation to make more customer service operators available when people call. Who has an hour to waste? Most maddening is their repeated voice message while you wait, "Brayola makes bra shopping easy. And affordable." What's affordable about wasting hours to speak to a customer service rep? Brayola does not make anything easy--other than their instantly charging your account. I urge you to avoid this online company. Really awful
