I have purchased bras from Brayola for several years. The delivery this last time was frustrating to say the least. I placed my order June 15th, received one bra and never received the other. When I checked to see when I could expect shipment, I was told it was returned. I confirmed my address, same as the first shipment, bra was returned again. Confirmed my address again, returned again and the suggestion was that I get it shipped to someone else. Brayola could have overnighted it, used a different carrier and saved a customer. Also, be aware, since it was returned to sender, I was charged a return fee.
Never again.
