Ordered 2 bras on April 16, 2019. Only one came. Never a peep when the other was to be delivered and it never was. Never got a refund until I asked, then it was less than the bra itself. Called them, waited for 10 minutes, then was disconnected as soon as they picked up. Called back, and now on hold for 5 minutes and counting. Very dissatisfied. They couldn't explain why then refunded less than the purchase price. So all in all, if I would have looked at all the negatives reviews, I wouldn't have purchased
