I purchased 2 items. I received one, they charged me for both. The second item I ended up cancelling becasue they took so long trying to figure out why I got an email that said it shipped and another that said it was backorderd. The item I received, I opened and returned it. It was never worn, but they refused to give me a full refund (minus $6 shipping). I returned within 4 days and they said they'd give me a gift card. Their own policy states that only happens after 30 days. One star is too many
