BUYER BEWARE: This company is a total scam or in serious financial trouble. Ordered a sports bra in October, returned immediately, still no refund. Just spoke with Robin in Customer Service who told me there is a "computer glitch" that is affecting "some" customers. Usually refunds are issued automatically, but this particular glitch is preventing both automatic AND manual refunds so they can only issue a store credit. I asked how long the issue had been going on and she said almost a month. Asked when the issue will be fixed, she has no idea. Asked to speak to a Supervisor, put me on hold, then said Sowdha would call me back within 24 hours because she had to "investigate" the circumstances. There is no way a legitimate company would think it's acceptable to keep taking orders, knowing they don't have a mechanism to issue refunds according to their policy. Word of advice - WRITE A CHECK.
