I ordered 5 bras on October 24, 2019. I needed to return the bras as they were too big. The bras arrived at back at their facility on Nov. 12, 2019 which I followed with my USPS tracking number. I waited until Dec. 20, 2019 to call to complain I had not received my refund of $244.99. I was told that I'd get the refund within 72 hours. I called back today, January 3, 2019 and was told that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when the problem will be resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
